Cycle SOS Sponsor Cure Leukaemia London to Paris Ride

Simon JonesStuff

At Miromedia, we love our clients and just love to shout about when they are doing something good, so that’s exactly what we are doing! We are really proud of the fact that our client, Cycle SOS, are sponsoring Cure Leukaemia’s epic cycle ride – ‘London 2 Paris: Inspiring the Revolution’.

Described by the guys at Cure Leukaemia as “the best four days you can have on a bike, anywhere, anytime”, the ride is organised by ex-Crystal Palace captain, England international, current patron of the Cure Leukaemia charity and former leukaemia sufferer, Geoff Thomas.

Part of his revolution to raise £2m in two years towards the battle against leukaemia, the ride takes place over four days from the 18th – 22nd June and sees 300 cyclists covering around 80 miles a day as they make the journey from London to Paris. Along with Geoff Thomas, other cyclists taking part in the event include ex-footballers John Salako, Ian Wright and Mark Bright, and the son of Gary Lineker, George Lineker, who is also a survivor of leukaemia.

You can find out more about this epic ride here.

The event is close to our hearts at Miromedia, as our director Ian Hancock will also be riding the 500km from London to Paris. Should you want to sponsor Ian as he undertakes this demanding challenge and raises money towards the battle against leukaemia, you can do so here.
