We understand that data is important to you both personally and for your business, and that you care about how your data is used and shared online. We respect and value the privacy of everyone who visits our website or employs our services, taking our responsibility to keep that data safe extremely seriously.  We welcome the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and its function to help us achieve better online security both internally and for our clients.

Is Miromedia GDPR Compliant?

Yes.

In order to ensure we keep our data and that of our clients safe, we have completed the UK government’s Cyber Essentials Scheme, which focuses on the most critical technical security controls, alongside the IASME risk-based approach to making sure our processes at Miromedia are GDPR ready.  

This assessment ensures adequate standards for the physical security of our premises, staff awareness and training, and how we store, process and limit access to our data systems.

We are members of the London Digital Security Centre, which is run by the Metropolitan Police Service, Mayor of London and the City of London Police.

We have passed the Cyber Essentials and IASME governance self-assessment criteria.

As an online agency, we take our responsibility for keeping our clients’ data safe extremely seriously.  Having undergone the Cyber Essentials and IASME assessment we’re confident that we have a substantially secure basis for data protection which is ingrained in our team members.  As professionals working in the digital marketplace on a daily basis, we understand the importance of data protection and how critical this is to businesses of all sizes.

Our commitment to data protection and the new GDPR standards ensures that any data we process on behalf of clients will be carried out responsibly, and as per client requirements.  We’ve done our due diligence. Where necessary, we’ll work with you to ensure that the tools we use to run your marketing campaigns are checked in line with the latest data protection requirements. We always recommend you seek advice directly from the ICO regarding the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) , and that you ensure you understand the limitations and extent of responsibilities for Data Controllers and Data Processors.
